Great service, from initial conversation to installing the new windows. Crown stayed in touch while the windows were made made to keep me updated on installation dates etc. Overall very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows, and would recommend them to everyone.
It's over a year now since Crown installed our Garden Room. Sometimes a review is more valuable when a building has time to settle in. Although the initial installation hit some problems it is a mark of a good company that they work with the customer to resolve those problems which they did. Everything from the foundations, building work, installation, plastering and electrics was done to a high standard. 20 months on we are delighted and can say there have been no further issues. I would thoroughly recommend Crown as a company.
Many thanks for organising for Nick to visit today. He was very professional and clear. Hopefully repairs he made have resolved matters. We have had excellent service from Crown from installation through to any follow ups needed over the last decade.
